In 2006, The Northaven Group took their 15 years of experience in restaurant management and growth and created a customized, tailored service specifically for the Little Caesar's franchise. The results experienced by their first customers was nothing short of astounding. Realizing their success could be duplicated in other Little Caesars Franchises, they formed Franchise Management Services to provide accounting, IT and consulting services for other operations.
Joseph Nachtrab, President of Franchise Management Services, has over 30 years experience as a CPA, as well as 15 years of restaurant experience, ownership, and growth. In 1980, he opened his own accounting firm, which, with a staff of 65, grew to be one of the largest private firms in Ohio before leaving in the 1990’s. Since that time, Joseph has spent time working in industries such as health care, rehabilitation, land/air transportation, restaurants, and travel. He is also very involved in his community, serving on numerous boards and committees in the Toledo area, including Bay Harbor Foundation and Lourdes College.
Luke Nachtrab received his finance degree from The Ohio State University and has spent the last five years founding and growing Northaven. In his free time, Luke is an active member of the community. He volunteers with the local Make-A-Wish Foundation, coaches youth soccer, is a member of the newly formed EPIC, and serves as a member of the board of directors at the Toledo Club. He and his wife, Kara, enjoy traveling, family time and skiing. They are expecting their first baby in January 2008.
